PAYMENT POLICY
• I accept PayPal, credit cards and PayPal e-checks. Payments made via PayPal e-checks typically take 3-5 business days to clear and be deposited into my account.
• Payment in full is expected immediately upon checkout. If I do not hear from a buyer or receive the payment within 24 hours of purchase the sale will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.
SHIPPING POLICY
• Domestic orders
Orders under 13 oz. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. (delivery time 2 – 5 business days)
Orders over 13 oz. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and includes tracking. (delivery time 2 –3 business days)
• International orders
Orders under 4 lbs. will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail. (Delivery time varies according to destination.)
Orders over 4 lbs. will be sent USPS Priority Mail International and includes tracking. (delivery time 6 - 10 business days)
• Sorry but the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries. International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. I will not accept returns due to customs or duty issues.
IMPORTANT
• If items are returned to me due to an inaccurate mailing address provided when ordering it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for additional shipping costs to re-package/re-ship the purchase. If the item is a gift or you would like it shipped to a different address please provide all information in notes to seller. Orders may be delayed if I need to confirm the correct address before shipping.
• All of my items are ready to ship and I will ship your item(s) as soon as possible after payment is made in full and confirmed. You will be notified via email when I ship the package and get the tracking number. I cannot guarantee the arrival date of any shipment. For international shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays. Expedited shipping is available – please inquire about the cost if you are interested.
REFUND POLICY
• Please contact me within 7 days if you want to return or exchange item(s). After this date the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with tags still on to be able to receive a refund/exchange. I will not accept returns due to customs or duty issues.
• Please read the full item description before purchasing. I attempt to portray the most accurate color but remember that monitors vary. Actual color may be slightly different from what you see on your monitor. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about an item.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• I stand behind the quality of my work and it is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If there are any problems with your item(s) please notify me right away so that I can work with you to address any concerns you have before leaving feedback.
• Occasionally item(s) are lost, delayed or damaged during shipping. These situations are beyond my control, however I always keep a copy of proof of shipping in case of disputes.
